HSBC is seeking a Java Tech Lead to join our technology team in Toluca. This leadership role is adecuado for professionals passionate about driving innovation, mentoring teams, and delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic financial environment.

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
Ensure compliance with HSBC's security and quality standards.
Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
~7+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
~ Strong expertise in Spring, Microservices, and REST APIs.
~ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
~ Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
~ Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.

~ Must have a clean credit bureau record .

Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite in Toluca, 2 days remote.

Free weekends.
