Objective : To act as the strategic partner to an assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU), ensuring corporate strategy is aligned, deployed, and executed at the regional level, while driving the operating rhythm, cross-functional alignment, and performance tracking that keeps the SBU running effectively.

Lead strategy alignment and deployment within the assigned Business Unit.
Support MAB / CAP preparation for the Business Unit.
Consolidate the Business Unit's business growth pipeline.
Support forecasts and Long-Term Plans (LTPs) related to capital allocation.
Support customers' strategy definition, including business growth pipeline and price reviews (volume & market).
Align the SBU operating way and drive alignment across BU functional areas, including plant reviews.




Track SBU performance across operational performance, financial tracking, and strategic initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field); MBA is a plus.
~8 to 10 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, FP&A;, or business partnering roles.
~ Proven experience supporting forecasts, long-term planning, and capital allocation discussions.
~ Experience driving strategic initiatives and operating rhythms with senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
~ Advanced English is a must (daily interaction with integral teams and senior stakeholders).
~ Automotive, manufacturing, or industrial background is a plus.
