As a trusted finance partner in our Piedras Negras operation, you'll own inventory management strategy, standard costing, and cost control initiatives while building high-performing financial processes, leading cross-functional improvement projects, and mentoring team members.
Lead inventory accuracy and optimization programs (cycle counts, scrap reduction, material reconciliation) and partner with operations and engineering to drive process improvements
Analyze cost variances, material consumption patterns, and inventory valuation through SAP oversight, monthly reconciliations, and trend analysis; communicate insights to plant leadership
Mentor team members and build reporting dashboards to drive inventory performance visibility and support continuous improvement initiatives
High-impact role directly influencing plant profitability while shaping inventory control frameworks and best-in-class cost accounting practices
Dynamic mix of strategic financial leadership, analytics, process improvement, and operational engagement
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field; 5–8+ years in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory analysis, or materials control with demonstrated senior progression
Deep expertise in inventory management, cycle counting, scrap analysis, standard costing, and ERP systems (SAP preferred); experience leading process improvements and establishing controls; commitment to inventory accuracy and audit compliance
