Lead Graphic Designer Location: Mexico Rubiboo is a headhunting firm partnering with a YC-backed, high-growth AI startup building cutting-edge autonomous software systems. The company is scaling rapidly and already serves hundreds of customers globally. We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer who can create exceptional creative across digital, web, and large-format marketing channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines outstanding visual design skills with modern AI-powered workflows and thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment. Design high-quality website graphics, UI assets, landing pages, and digital marketing materials using Figma. Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries. Develop creative for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and out-of-home (OOH) channels, including billboards, transit advertising, signage, event graphics, and other large-format media. Create compelling visual concepts and production-ready assets using the latest AI image and video generation tools to accelerate ideation and execution. Produce brand-consistent creative that performs across web, advertising, and physical environments. Create simple motion graphics or animations where appropriate (a plus). 5+ years of experience in graphic or visual design,



preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative team. ~ Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and collaborative workflows. ~ Strong portfolio showcasing website design assets, marketing campaigns, branding, and out-of-home creative such as billboards and other large-format advertising. ~ Experience creating assets for digital, print, and production-ready artwork. ~ Highly proficient with AI creative tools for image and video generation (such as Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Veo, or similar), with the ability to use them to rapidly explore and execute creative concepts. ~ Motion design experience is a strong advantage. ~ Excellent typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling skills. ~ Ability to work quickly while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail. ~ Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to independently own projects and deliver outstanding work with minimal management. You create high-impact creative that works equally well on a website, a social campaign, or a billboard. You independently drive projects from brief to delivery without requiring constant oversight. You contribute to a consistent, high-quality visual brand across every customer touchpoint.
