Proficiency with industry-standard BIM tools such as Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Civil 3D , or comparable platforms. Strong conversational English skills. What You'll Be Doing Develop and maintain BIM models across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural disciplines. Coordinate multidisciplinary models and perform clash detection to ensure design accuracy and constructability. Generate construction drawings, isometrics, sections, and detailed documentation directly from BIM models. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure technical consistency across project deliverables. Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings,
