At Sanmina, we are looking for an Associate Program Manager to join our team. We are seeking recent graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for project management, a strong customer-centric focus, and the enthusiasm to grow within a world-class integral organization.
Ensure the accurate management and tracking of customer purchase orders, guaranteeing precise system entry, on-time delivery compliance, alignment with demand forecasts, and the timely resolution of supply chain issues.
Purchase Order (PO) Management: Enter, validate, and process purchase orders in the ERP system.
Demand Control: Backlog & Open Order Management: Monitor and maintain active tracking of open orders and backlog.
Track shipments and deliveries to ensure on-time performance.




Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
Recent graduate with strong internship experience, or 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., Sales Administration, Customer Program Administrator, Materials Planning, or Order Management).
Advanced English fluency is required
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas, and data lookup/matching.)
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP)
