experience to support a growing client-facing operation. This is an opportunity

Responsibilities:

* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.

* Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization
and follow-through.





* Work directly within HubSpot to support project execution, workflows,
tracking, and client needs.

* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects stay
on schedule.

* Proactively identify risks, delays, or gaps and communicate updates clearly.

* Support evolving client initiatives, including potential work related to AEO,
Answer Engine Optimization.

Qualifications:

* At least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience is mandatory; candidates must
have worked directly inside HubSpot, not only with general CRM systems.

* At least 3 years of experience working on HubSpot projects.

* Project management experience coordinating clients, timelines, and
deliverables.

* Advanced English level required, as this is a client-facing role.

* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once.

* Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a variable
workload.
