As Hyde expands into Mexico, we are now preparing for its debut in Mazatlán, bringing the music-led festival spirit to the Pacific coast. We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead this pre-opening journey, shaping the property from the ground up and bringing this exciting vision to life.

Hyde Mazatlán, the first Hyde hotel in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, is scheduled to open in 2027, bringing the brand’s vibrant lifestyle experience to one of Mexico’s most dynamic coastal destinations. The property will feature multiple food and beverage outlets, exceptional amenities,



and a memorable guest experience, creating a unique lifestyle offering in the market.

Hyde is part of Ennismore, a creative hotel group rooted in cultures and destinations, with a general portfolio of brands. Ennismore is a joint venture with Accor, founded in 2021.

Job Description

What you'll do...

Lead the pre-opening planning and execution phase, in collaboration with the corporate team, including the development of the Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan, and Capital Budget, ensuring full alignment with brand and ownership expectations.
Fully own the commercial performance of the property, including P&L;, revenue generation, budgeting, forecasting, and delivery of net operating income targets.
Establish, monitor, and manage annual budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with financial goals, while maintaining control of labor and expense guidelines to optimize profitability.
