Our citrus can be found in all channels of distribution, with our consumer brands most visible in the produce department of grocery stores across the globe under our flagship consumer brands, Wonderful Halos Mandarins, Wonderful Seedless Lemons, and Wonderful Sweet Scarletts Texas Red Grapefruit.Descripción del empleoHere’s what you’ll do:Process customer orders accurately and timely through company systems.Review incoming orders to validate pricing, quantities, product specifications, and availability.Manage order changes, modifications, substitutions, and updates requested by customers or internal teams.Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Transportation,



and Category Management teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.Monitor customer ordering activity and identify irregularities, trends, or potential service issues.Support issue resolution by investigating order discrepancies, shipment issues, and customer claims.Document and process product quality concerns, returns, credits, and customer complaints through internal systems.Maintain accurate customer, order, and pricing information.Generate and analyze operational reports to support decision-making and service execution.Utilize Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools to track customer activity and operational performance.Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and customers, primarily through email.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and operational efficiencies.RequisitosHere’s what you’ll bring to the table:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain,
