Major Accountabilities

Supervise the day to day operations, performance and development of a small team of FRA Specialists.
Collaborates in ensuring the integrity, viability, and interoperability of financial reporting processes and systems.
Ensures that different deadlines for financial reporting, controls and related procedures are met.
Provide financial accounting services and data in a timely and accurate manner, including fixed assets, cash activities and divestment activities; ensures appropriate information is provided to relevant individuals and external interested parties.
Support internal and external audit and reporting processes and support compliance for various tax related reports (i.e.: VAT, corporate tax, employee tax).




Supervise the development and maintenance of current reporting systems and tools (SAP, SURF, SPMR).
Prepares on demand ‘accounting / management’ information and quality financial analysis in order to support integral and organization’s requirements including Accounting Position Papers and Accounting Position Memos.

Key Performance Indicators

Internal customer satisfaction with quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of financial analyses provided -Customer satisfaction of service delivery and process specific KPIs in accordance with agreed SLAs

Minimum Requirements

Work Experience:

Strong IFRS accounting background.
Experience in financial reporting under IFRS
Having worked for a listed company is a plus
Operations Management and Execution.
