The Customs Compliance RVC Manager will be responsible for leading and managing
the day-to-day execution of USMCA compliance programs with primary
responsibility for Regional Value Content (RVC) and Tariff Shift (T.F.)
qualification processes. This role will ensure products qualify under USMCA
Rules of Origin requirements while maintaining strong compliance controls,
documentation, and audit readiness.

The Manager will work closely with Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain,
Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, IT, Customs Brokers, and
external partners to ensure accurate qualification
determinations, maintain compliance programs, and identify opportunities for
process improvement and duty savings optimization.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct detailed sampling audits to validated multi-level Bills of Materials
(BOMs)
