opportunity for a full time Mgr, Recruitment reporting to the Dir, Shipboard
Recruiting.

This role will work onsite in Quintana Roo.

Position Summary:

This role supports Private Destinations in Mexico recruitment operations
and talent acquisition team. The Manager will support the Director of Talent
Acquisition on process enhancement, performance management, and project




delivery. The Manager leads the performance management of recruiting
professionals supporting aligned functional areas to ensure operational
objectives are achieved through defined processes. The manager is responsible
for providing monthly reporting & analytics on shipboard
recruitment, compliance, and strategic plans for continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Monitors recruitment efforts and action plans to ensure that all recruitment
processes are done in an effective and timely manner to address all staffing
requirements for Private Destinations in Mexico

* Ensures that appropriate measures are in place to promote and administer
effective and efficient recruitment methods in order to maximize productivity
and output of the recruitment team

* Reviews process implementations and comes up with recommendations for
continuous improvement

* Monitors and address performance
