ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Partner with customers and Gates sales teams to collect data, perform
analyses, and develop product assortment recommendations across all Gates
product categories.
* Manage analytical tools and methodologies to deliver recommendations that
drive sales growth and improve inventory performance.
* Maintain core Category Management datasets that support customer analytics,
reporting, and KPI tracking.Support internal and external reporting related
to Category Management initiatives.




* Collaborate with Sales and IT teams to maintain and improve self-service
Category Management tools.
* Conduct market and third-party data research to enhance Category Management
strategies and methodologies.
* Coordinate customer Point of Sale (POS) data collection and maintain the POS
Master Database for special programs.
* Support senior analysts with customer reviews and analysis across the United
States, Canada, and Europe as needed.
* Partner with Product Management and Cataloging teams to ensure data accuracy
and availability for Category Management processes.
* Assist integral expansion efforts by providing data analysis, market
intelligence, and workflow support for new regions.
* Contribute to achieving Category Management sales objectives and driving
program success within the Mexico region.
* Serve as a trusted analytics lead for the Mexico Category Management program,
operating with minimal super
