What we’re looking for

We are seeking a commercially driven and customer-focused leader to join our
Marine & Offshore (M&O;) business as Commercial Manager – Central & South America
North. This role oversees account management across the region to support
sustainable margin growth, expand market share, and build long-term customer
relationships in alignment with the Area Long Range Plan (LRP). This is a
leadership role suited to a commercially driven professional with deep account
management experience, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to improve
commercial execution within a regional sales environment. You will lead and
coach a team while also acting as the account manager for strategic customer
accounts, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and consistent commercial
execution. The idóneo candidate will combine strategic thinking with practical
commercial leadership, contributing to opportunity management, sales execution,




and customer engagement across diverse markets within Central & South America
North.

the Marine & Offshore business portfolio.
