What is your role?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support the Financial Planning for IT team in managing IT cost transparency, internal technology usage analysis, reporting, and service-related data management. This role is idóneo for a student interested in gaining hands-on experience in Technology Business Management (TBM), IT financial analysis, digital reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
The intern will work closely with IT teams, finance stakeholders, and service owners to help collect, organize, validate, and analyze data related to financial planning and reporting, IT services, internal usage, and cost allocation. An interest in exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can improve reporting, forecasting, data quality, trend analysis, and automation is highly valued.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

Help prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and summaries related to IT spending,



allocation, and service utilization.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, and better data governance, including the potential use of AI-based tools for reporting, automation, forecasting, and knowledge management.
Assist in coordinating recurring reporting activities, data refresh cycles, and internal communication related to Apptio deliverables.
Provide administrative and analytical support for softwares and IT business management initiatives as needed.
Support analysis of internal IT usage trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for optimization and transparency.
Participate in meetings with stakeholders to document requirements, follow up on action items, and support reporting needs.
Collaborate with IT support, infrastructure, application, and business teams to gather and confirm data required for reporting and analysis.
