Position Summary / Basic Function

The Warehouse Leader is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of materials, inventory, and shipments,



while leading and developing a high-performing team; this role drives operational excellence by coordinating receiving, storage, and distribution activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet customer service, cost, and productivity objectives.

A Day in the Life
Operational Leadership (40-50%)

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
Assign and monitor work to warehouse team members (5–10 associates)
Ensure on-time material flow to production and on-time shipment to customers
Coordinate closely with production, planning, and procurement.
Coordinate with planners and suppliers to determine best allocation of orders for inbounds and storage.
Implement continuous improvement actions to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance.
Continuous improvement of Warehouse Operation Program.
