Job Description
This position reports to the Director of Employee Relations & Leave Administration. The HR Coordinator will be integral to the Compliance team and will be responsible for providing administrative support,



handling of HR paperwork, files, and processes. The idóneo candidate will be a thoughtful and collaborative team player. You must have a comfort with ambiguity and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with administration of leave of absence matters
Process and respond to unemployment and disability claims
Triage emails from the leave of absence email box
Generate leave of absence related reports
Communicate and follow up with employees regarding leave of absence status and deadlines
Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-4 years experience in HR coordinator or support role demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
Highly Proficient with MS software including Word, Excel & PowerPoint as well as Paycom
Good relationship-building skills and positive attitude for dealing with difficult employee m
