We're hiring a Business Analyst to support our General Sales Center COE. In this role, you'll develop and maintain business intelligence reporting, analyze sales performance data, support business planning activities, and drive process improvements that enable sales teams to achieve their monthly and quarterly objectives. You will work closely with sales leadership, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and business recommendations.

You have:
2-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Sales Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify business trends.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting automation.
Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to leadership teams.




Experience working with SQL and business reporting tools.
Experience with Power Platform solutions and Microsoft applications.
Ability to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience supporting sales, operations, business planning, or performance management environments.
Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and projects simultaneously.
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
