Objective:
Manage and coordinate the implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions—Generative AI and Machine Learning—that drive operational automation and support business processes, ensuring proper planning and execution of projects, alignment with the strategic goals set by senior management, and strict compliance with AXA Group’s governance guidelines, policies, and standards.

Main Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of AI models, from research and proof of concept (PoC) to deployment in production and operational monitoring (MLOps/LLMOps),



ensuring quality, stability, and adherence to defined standards.
Collaborate with business units to identify and translate problems and opportunities into advanced Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions, ensuring the design supports operations, automates key processes, and delivers measurable value.
Participate in designing and implementing solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs), using techniques such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), advanced prompt engineering, and fine-tuning, aligning model capabilities with organizational needs.
Implement and ensure the application of best coding practices, technical review of models, and experimentation methodologies for AI development, following the guidelines and frameworks established by the Group.
