This role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of AI and machine learning talent through an innovative, hands-on education program. As a Lead AI / ML Instructor, you will use your technical expertise and teaching abilities to help aspiring AI professionals develop the skills needed to succeed in the general technology market. You will design learning experiences, deliver engaging technical sessions, and mentor students throughout their development journey. Working remotely with an international team, you will have a direct impact on learners’ careers while contributing to the growth of the AI ecosystem across Latin America. This position is ideal for an experienced AI/ML professional who enjoys sharing knowledge, solving complex problems, and helping others master emerging technologies.

and practical assignments focused on machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
- Review, adapt, and contribute to the development of course materials, including lectures, assignments, LMS content, and Jupyter Notebook-based exercises.
- Design effective learning experiences that combine technical depth with practical application.
- Provide code reviews, technical guidance, and feedback to students throughout the training program.
- Support learners by answering questions and addressing their technical challenges through online collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
- Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and provide personalized feedback to improve outcomes.
- Continuously update curriculum content based on student feedback, industry developments, and evolving AI practices.
