The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for carrying out periodic activities
of Total Productive Maintenance, ensuring operational continuity and driving
initiatives for downtime reduction and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of production tools such as
templates, fixtures, dies, and material forming systems.
• Cross-department collaboration in the design and manufacturing of tools.
• Handling tools and materials within the scope of responsibility.
• Collecting information for tool design and fabrication.
• Executing assigned preventive and corrective tasks for templates, fixtures,
and dies.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment
• 2+ years’ experience at supervisor level
• Knowledge of PM maintenance plan and execution
• Knowledge of Electronic, Pneumatic and Hydraulic equipment
• Knowledge in Vacuum Furnaces
• Experienced driving a Total Preventive Maintenance System
• Experience in procedures for Maintenance of Vacuum Furnaces
