Your tasks
* Ensure compliance with the client's specific requirements.
* Ensure compliance with quality norms and standards in the manufacturing
process.
* Address the client's quality complaints and Guarantees, comply with the
response time policy through the tools defined by the client or the internal
methodology (PMP, 8D's, RedX, etc.)
* Ensure compliance with the plant's quality indicators through the use of
quality tools (Core Tools, BPS, PFM, etc.)
* Promote a philosophy of zero defects through the definition of preventive
actions based on the quality system.
* Maintain communication with the customer team (Customer Team) to ensure
compliance with the quality system from the development of new products.
* Develop containment plans when quality issues arise in assembly processes.
* Ensure compliance with the Quality and Environmental Management System
requirements according to ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certifications, as well as
the Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001.
* Fulfill specific customer requirements, corrective actions, PPAP, and
customer validation runs for engineering changes in serial production
projects.
* Monitor and ensure process capability (CPKs/PPKs) through statistical control
tools (Procella and/or MINITAB)
Your Profile
* 2-3 years of experiencie in similar position
* Experiencie working with OEMs and customer portals
* Fluent English is a must
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to negotiate and present information to customer
