As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our clients. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a virtual work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable / Receivables: Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Billing: Generate and issue invoices to clients. Verify billing accuracy and resolve any billing-related issues. Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary billing information.
- Bank Reconciliations / Collections: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, facilitating collections.
- Payroll Processing: Administer the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, validation,



and distribution of paychecks.Stay up-to-date on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Invoicing: Prepare and submit invoices to clients in a timely manner. Coordinate with project managers and team leads to gather relevant invoicing information.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus
- Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases
