The Musketeer acts as a brand ambassador within the hotel ecosystem, combining deep beverage knowledge, long-term relationships with decision-makers, and the execution of premium experiences for guests. Their mission is to represent Red Bull within the hotel universe: to build strategic relationships with key properties, ensure the brand’s availability, visibility, and premium execution at all points of consumption, and drive continuous volume growth by positioning Red Bull as the beverage of choice in the Hospitality channel.
Job Description
“LIVING” THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE
- Build and nurture “kindred spirits” inside strategic hotels (concierge, bar managers, beverage directors, F&B; directors).
- Seen as a credible and knowledgeable person to know in the On Premise. Demonstrates that they are seen as a “Do it now” person by influential contacts, brilliant knowledge and leverage of all brand properties.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and deep understanding of the hospitality environment.
- Be perceived as a credible reference within the hotel sector, with strong presence and influence across F&B; leadership teams
COMMUNICATION
- Deliver On Premise know-how adapted to each consumption point inside the hotel.
- Permanent teamwork with other Musketeers and communication with his Regional Manager.
- Develop relative industry relationships (key hospitality stakeholders, F&B; leaders, concierge managers, event/wedding planners.) that results in business building initiatives.
EVENT ACTIVATION
- Ensure availability and premium High 5 execution around 3rd party and Red Bull events. Negotiate and execute, pro-actively searching for opportunities to implement creative elements that drive Red Bull’s brand image and to offset money.
- Negotiate premium presence and added-value elements.
- Identify and execute creative experiential opportunities. Corporate conferences & weddings all year long.
