Responsibilities:
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical and functional specifications, training materials, test scripts, and meeting/issue logs.
• Testing: Support functional, integration,



regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT); prepare test cases and test data; execute test scripts; record, track, and verify defects and fixes.
• DevOps Support: Assist with build, deployment, release, and environment management activities; support version control, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and backup/restore routines under supervision.
• General ERP Support: Provide first-level user support, data entry and data cleansing, troubleshooting, and follow-up on helpdesk tickets; support rollout, training sessions, and change management activities.
• Software Development: Programming, customization, and extension of ERP modules; coding standards and development lifecycle practices.
• Data and Analytics: Data management, reporting, dashboards, business intelligence tools, and data quality assurance.
• ERP Administration: Technical administration of the ERP platform, including user and role manag
