Strategic Escalation & Technical Leadership

First Responder: Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Sales and Service teams regarding critical technical hurdles.

Incident Triage: Evaluate the severity of technical escalations and determine when direct involvement from Engineering is required.

Development Feedback Loop: Translate complex field data and technical challenges into actionable insights for the development team to drive product evolution.
Education

Education:
A degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, IT, Systems Engineering or similar.
Experience

2 years of experience, basic understanding of service or application engineering for complex mechatronic machines. Specific experience with mobile robots is highly preferred.

Language Skills: Good proficiency in English.
