What is your role?
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for maximizing the availability, reliability, and performance of manufacturing equipment and plant infrastructure. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning, ensuring preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities are executed efficiently while driving safety, productivity, and continuous improvement across the operation.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position
Deep practical knowledge in industrial mechanics, electronics, and electricity
Proficiency in the use and management of maintenance software,



ideally Maximo
Application of key tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Use of methodologies such as the 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram, or FMEA to mitigate repetitive failures
Strict command of safety regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), working at heights, and confined spaces
CAPEX/OPEX management, optimization of critical spare parts stock, and advanced interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams
Basic/intermediate troubleshooting of PLCs and industrial networks
Basic understanding of the complete fabrication process (punching / bending / paint)
English skills – Excellent verbal and written skills communication, fluent English

What do you need to have?
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance; experience in sheet met
