Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance modules and Mexico localization requirements. The adecuado candidate must be capable of handling L2/L3 support, coordinating with customer stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Mexican tax and statutory regulations, and driving functional/technical resolutions. Preference will be given to Spanish-speaking candidates and those located in Cancún or nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Application Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day application support.
- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle EBS Finance modules and Mexico localization features.
- Attend customer meetings and translate functional requirements effectively.
- Provide on-call support for P1 issues, adhering to SLAs.
Localization & Compliance (Mexico)
- Ensure compliance with Mexican tax, statutory, and fiscal regulations, including:
- CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) electronic invoicing
- SAT requirements and validation
- Localization patches and regulatory updates
- Withholding tax configurations
- Collaborate with customer finance, tax, and local compliance teams.
- Support month-end and year-end closure activities specific to Mexican finance laws.
Team & Coordination
- Lead/mentor junior team members and allocate tasks.
- Coordinate with business users, Oracle support, and third-party vendors.
- Assist in patching, change requests, enhancements, and integration debugging.Maintain SOPs, KEDB, RCA reports and documentation.
