cross-functional initiatives by developing and defining enterprise-level architectures that integrate multiple, disparate transformations.
• Collaborate with multiple architects and organizations to create cohesive and comprehensive architectural representations that align with strategic business objectives.• Facilitate organizational change by researching and defining technical strategies for KPMG's enterprise-level solutions, supporting an ability to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, enhance capabilities, mitigate risks, and bolster security.
• Stakeholder development, develop and maintain reference architectures and patterns supporting strategic technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise goals.
• Conduct research and contribute to the development of roadmaps, including product selection, versions, upgrades, projects, and milestones.
