What you’ll do?

* Provide production support for Java-based applications, ensuring high
availability and minimal downtime.
* Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues
using tools like ELK stack.
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to application functionality,
performance, and integration.
* Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements in a
timely manner.
* Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term
solutions.
* Manage and optimize Oracle SQL queries and database performance.
* Utilize Linux commands for environment handling and application deployment
support.
* Maintain and configure caching solutions such as Coherence or similar
technologies.
* Document processes, incident resolutions, and system configurations for
knowledge sharing.
* Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely support during critical
incidents.





What you’ll bring:
