What is the Accelerate Development Program?
The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.
Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals)
Promotes professional development, enabling deep exposure to Bosch products, processes, and technologies
18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles
You are hired as a full-time employee from day one, with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associate
Targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path
Supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey
