To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineering Technician located in Aguascalientes
Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineering Technician role involves activities of the manufacturing engineering department such as, stations design, car kits design, training, continuous improvement, failure analysis, repair and rework units, line tune up, checklist follow up.

What a typical day looks like:
- Duties performed in this role vary depending on the business unit, location or product being manufactured. Duties may include,



but are not limited to the following:
- Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, and implements, maintains, and enhances business systems
- Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies
- Scrap and best practice follow up.
- Line validation to check the best conditions for the product (standardization).
- ESD controls validation (workbench and routing).
- knowledge of time and motion
- interpretation of drawings
