About the role:

The Senior Producer is responsible for planning, production, and delivery of all video content across the studio. You manage production budgets, supplier relationships, and the Mexico City-based video team — including Producers, a Video Editing Lead,



and Motion Designers — ensuring every project is executed and delivered to brief, on time, and within budget.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead all video and motion production activities across our clients five university educational institutions. — including traditional live-action, motion design, and GenAI video generation
- Manage and develop a nearshore video production team in Mexico City
- Build and manage project- and workstream-level production budgets, covering cost estimation, purchase orders, supplier negotiation, and reconciliation
- Source and manage production partners, freelancers, and specialist suppliers; negotiate rates and drive cost efficiency without compromising quality
- Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring all video projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Partner with the Associate Creative Director to translate creative direction into production-r
