ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage all aspects of pricing, including quoting, price adjustments,
prototype-to-production requests, raw material agreements, deductions,
accrual communications, and production setup.
* Ensure timely, accurate, and profitable quote delivery, including tracking
and evaluation, while aligning with overall business objectives.
* Collaborate with sales, customer service, marketing, engineering, and
cross-functional teams to develop and execute competitive pricing strategies.




* Translate and analyze complex data into actionable strategies that drive
sales growth, enhance profit margins, and support business decisions.
* Manage the process of Engine Hose and Power Transmission product line,
including interpretation of customer blueprints, creation of master
specifications, and coordination across multiple specification systems.
* Evaluate internal and customer requests with a strong understanding of
manufacturing processes and industry standards to ensure feasibility.
* Identify and challenge inconsistencies in customer requests, providing
recommendations and solutions that balance customer objectives with company
goals.

REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED SKILLS

* BS/BA or equivalent (4 years of experience) with 1 year of pricing
experience.
* Fundamental understanding of business principles, pricing strategies, and
financial metrics, with the ability to manage detail-oriented projects and
