Team Overview
The Financial Services team partners with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions to help them maximize business performance through data, analytics, and information solutions. The team drives client growth, strengthens strategic relationships, and supports customers across the full lifecycle, from acquisition and portfolio management to collections and recovery.
This team works closely with Sales, Strategy & Planning, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver value-driven solutions and achieve commercial growth objectives.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the Financial Services industry, including market segments, customer needs, and industry trends, to support the adoption of existing and new solutions.
Manage and grow a portfolio of financial institution clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior executives, strengthening customer engagement and long-term partnerships.
Identify, develop,



and execute account growth strategies that expand solution adoption and increase revenue within existing accounts.
Prospect and pursue new business opportunities within the financial sector to expand TransUnion's client base and market presence.
Partner with clients to understand business challenges and recommend solutions that improve acquisition, portfolio management, collections, and overall business performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities, improve processes, support product enhancements, and ensure successful client outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issue resolution, and ongoing account management activities.
Monitor account performance, identify cross-selling opportunities, and reactivate dormant accounts to maximize commercial results.
