WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
The Chief Operating Officer is the operational, commercial, and systems spine of Boldr. You translate the CEO's vision into day-to-day delivery across five geographies, the critical support functions, and a workforce of 1,000+.
You work in close partnership with the CEO, CFO and CRO, turning commercial ambition into operating reality,
and ensuring the systems, technology, and financial discipline are in place to deliver it. You hold direct ownership of Boldr's operating infrastructure and a defined share of its financial performance.
This is not a coordination role. It is an ownership role. You hold the operating P&L.; You own the systems that run the business. You set the operating tempo and ensure every function is pulling in the same direction, at pace, without drifting from mission.
