As an Associate, Industrial & Laboratory Systems Engineering supporting the IT Core Connectivity team, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the design and operation of IT and laboratory systems, offering hands-on experience and skill development in systems engineering.

In this role, a typical day will include:
- Act as a primary contact for infrastructure-related services, ensuring alignment with internal standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain service quality, security, and compliance.




- Participate in service reviews, continual improvement and change management sessions.
- Monitor, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the data center, LAN, WAN, Voice & Video and Public Cloud infrastructure, focusing on resiliency and security.
- Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments are required.
- Process ISP maintenance schedules and co-ordinate with ISP/Vendors for quick restoration of network
- Design, implement, and maintain computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), wireless networks and Data Center connectivity.
- Work on Voice/Video issues.
- Basic Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and its troubleshooting.
- Install and configure network equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
