Job Summary:
The Field Operations Support II assists with the efficient mobilization, deployment, and demobilization of field service crews by managing logistics, documentation, and administrative tasks. Ensures compliance with policies and contributes to smooth day-to-day operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Arrange & communicate flight travel, accommodation, and transportation for field crews for both internal and 3rd party resources (where applicable)
- Process travel security registration, travel insurance, and support visa-related itineraries
- Provide support for urgent mobilization/demobilization requests, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by operational needs
