At Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Reynosa, we are looking for a Process Engineer to lead and optimize our rubber injection molding processes, ensuring stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across operations.

What you’ll do:
• Optimize and stabilize molding processes (SPC, DOE, validation)
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (scrap, cycle time, downtime)
• Support new product launches and process validations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Operations)
• Mentor and develop Process Technicians

What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years of experience in process/manufacturing engineering
• Strong knowledge in process optimization and validation
• Experience with Lean tools and root cause analysis
• Background in rubber, plastics, or injection molding (preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
