Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer assists and supports technical services within manufacturing operations by performing detailed technical analysis of manufacturing processes, systems, CNC machines, and NC programming. This role evaluates production capabilities, equipment performance, and process efficiency to support sound engineering decision‑making. By translating technical analysis into practical, data‑driven recommendations, the Manufacturing Engineer helps enable effective, timely implementation of manufacturing solutions.



The position works closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance. This role is hands‑on, plant‑floor focused, and critical to sustaining stable, efficient manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do:
- Support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations across machining by providing engineering guidance and technical problem resolution
- Identify, evaluate, and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance safety, quality, cost, and throughput
- Monitor equipment and process reliability; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for chronic issues
- Analyze and execute engineering change notices (ECNs), ensuring timely and accurate implementation
- Support planning, development, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and processes
