Job Summary
As a Lead Robotics & Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of automated systems and production lines that interact with industrial robots. This role combines technical expertise in programming, integration, and maintenance with leadership, decision-making, and effective communication skills to coordinate teams and suppliers.

What You Will Do
- Availability and Reliability: Design and execute preventive/predictive maintenance plans aligned with UP-TIME, MTTR, and MTBF metrics.




- Programming and Optimization: Implement and improve programs for robots (FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa) and PLCs (Rockwell, Siemens), ensuring accuracy and functional safety (ISO 13849, ANSI/RIA).
- Integration and Troubleshooting: Solve complex issues in robot–PLC systems, industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET), and machine vision systems (Cognex, Keyence).
- Technical Leadership: Train personnel on automation and safety procedures, documenting standards and best practices.
- Supplier Management: Coordinate external support and ensure compliance with regulations and budgets.

Required Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related field.
- Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Required Knowledge: Expertise in programming and integrating robots and PLCs in industrial environments; experience leading projects and technical teams.
