Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or media.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently in order to communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building trusted C-level relationships.
- Deep industry knowledge in the Finance, Tech, and Telco verticals.
- Industry knowledge in Mexico.
