This position is key to ensuring seamless production execution and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. It is responsible for translating customer demand and business priorities into an executable production plan, balancing material availability, capacity, and supply constraints. Acting as a central coordination point between production, procurement, and cross-functional teams, the role drives schedule reliability, resolves operational and material challenges, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. This position has high visibility and a direct impact on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency,
and overall business performance.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain the production plan and build sequence based on customer requirements, business priorities, material availability, demand, and capacity.
- Manage production order scheduling and execution, ensuring on-time delivery and coordination of finished goods shipment.
- Serve as the primary communication focal point for internal stakeholders regarding production schedules, delivery updates, order changes, and demand fluctuations.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement and cross-functional teams to validate incoming materials, resolve supply issues, and ensure production continuity.
- Monitor production performance through MRP systems, maintaining data accuracy and adherence to production control policies.
