To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Guadalajara North

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring product and process quality throughout manufacturing operations. This role develops inspection methods, monitors process performance, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality procedures

What a typical day looks like:

Develop and implement precise inspection methods to identify product and process anomalies.
Ensure compliance with dimensional,



workmanship, and functional requirements specified by customers.
Support quality activities in painting, metal finishing, plastic molding, or automotive manufacturing processes.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics, including Yield, DPPM, PDCA, and other performance indicators.
Develop and maintain PFMEAs, Quality Control Plans (QCPs), Control Plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Participate in the development and implementation of sustainable and repeatable manufacturing processes.
Drive process mapping, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Apply Core Quality Tools such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and 8D to ensure process stability and product quality.
Evaluate corrective and preventive actions resulting from quality issues identified in manufacturing and assembly operations.
Lead NCMR action plans and support 8D problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.
