About the Role
The Associate Engineer, Test & Validation supports the execution of product validation and testing activities to ensure electronic systems and components meet performance, reliability, and quality requirements. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who enjoys hands-on laboratory work, troubleshooting electronic assemblies,



and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Engineer, Test & Validation, you'll be responsible for:
Execute validation and verification testing according to established procedures and test plans.
Set up, configure, and maintain laboratory test equipment and test fixtures.
Prepare test samples and support environmental and reliability testing activities.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBAs).
Perform soldering, rework, and repair activities on electronic components and assemblies.
Collect, analyze, and document test data and results accurately.
Generate validation reports and maintain testing documentation.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action activ
