Your Role
This role will be working in BI Team resolving data issues with minor enhancements across multiple projects in the scope of BI Operations in the Data and Analytics team.
Analyse & resolve incidents and Service requests through Service Now and provide L2 / L3 support within committed SLAs of BI Operations
Actively Participate in KTs releases from the Development team to receive handover of development projects
Contribute actively to root cause analysis leveraging system and incident knowledge
Your Profile
3+ years of hands-on experience in data warehousing and ETL
3+YOE working with Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Proficient in programming/scripting using SQL.
Experience in designing complex data models on SQL DB’s.
Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Power BI and Cloud Technologies
Proven experience in performing in a fast-paced demanding environment.
Advanced English level
Previous experience working with Agiel, Scrum environments
BI, ADF or GCP certifications are a plus
Wlling to work on weekends and Holidays if needed
