About The Role

As part of the fast-paced, passionate marketing team, the Regional Marketing Budget & Operations Lead will focus on overall budget management that supports the regional Consumer Audio marketing department and includes all marketing-related processes concerning finance systems, budgets, purchase orders, vendor management, and invoicing.

The Regional Marketing Budget & Operations Coordinator has direct responsibility to the regional marketing leader, dotted-line responsibility to Group Marketing Operations, and accountability to the Finance Controller.



This role will be responsible for all aspects of the budget management process, including but not limited to processing, tracking, and forecasting marketing expenses, creating POs, processing invoices, monthly GR on expenses, updating monthly forecasts, and mapping expenses. This role will be expected to provide the status of the budget and forecast to marketing, finance, and general management on a regular basis and work closely with the marketing team, finance team, accounts payable, and procurement to gain internal alignment.
