Experience in Recruitment operations and understanding of the full hiring process.

Understanding of full hiring process.
Knowledge of Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP.
Efficient written and verbal communication.
Experience of ATS/Recruitment Tools.
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Connect with clients, candidates and vendors over emails and Service desk (phone calls).
Ensuring high quality and timely recruitment work like offer letter generation, logistics management, onboarding activities, pre emp medical checks, Background checks, etc.
Maintaining data for self in excel.




Reporting errors and issues to the Team leader on time.
Responsible for processing the HR data correctly with expected quality in a tight SLA driven environment.
Interact with the client /employee/stakeholder on a regularly basis via IM and email.
Contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
Should participate/drive client’s meetings and resolve queries.
Responsible for documentation management.
Assisting Team Leads with periodic Service delivery data as and when required.
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):
Graduate, MBA (HR) / PGPM or equivalent.
