Team Overview
The Market Development, Insurance LATAM role is responsible for accelerating insurance market growth for TransUnion across LATAM with a priority of Mexico. The role serves as the insurance industry subject matter expert and strategic advisor, helping identify, develop, and commercialize opportunities across Life, Health, Property & Casualty, and other insurance segments. The position acts as the voice of the customer, developing deep insight into insurers’ critical business issues and translating those needs into scalable go-to-market strategies, sales playbooks, thought leadership, and growth initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Solutions, Product, Marketing, and regional leadership, the role will foster insurance sales growth, strengthen client engagement, and support the development of new use cases across the insurance policy lifecycle. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.




Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Lead insurance market development activities across LATAM and other markets as deemed necessary.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of insurer priorities, market dynamics, fraud challenges, underwriting needs, claims optimization opportunities, regulatory developments, distribution models, and digital transformation trends.
Act as the Voice of the Customer by regularly engaging insurers, industry bodies, regulators, partners, and market stakeholders.
Develop insurance growth strategies and market development plans aligned to TransUnion objectives.
Create and maintain market development playbooks, industry use cases, value propositions, and best practices for Life, Health, and P&C; insurers.
Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, support strategic pursuits, and accelerate pipeline growth.
Develop market intelligence, competitive analysis
