Description
The Process Coach of MP&L; is responsible for leading the daily internal logistics operations within the Material Planning & Logistics (MP&L;) function, ensuring the correct execution of receiving, shipping, market, and buffer processes to prevent production line stoppages. In this role, you will supervise a team of 30 to 50 hourly operators and technicians, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, delivery, cost, maintenance, and people standards. You will lead daily start-up, close-up and shutdown operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage the versatility matrix and development of your team, and act as a liaison between the work team, plant leadership, and the union to foster a stable, high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities
Safety
- Confirm shift start-up status and verify the team's understanding and application of Safety Values.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (JSA – Job Safety Analysis).
- Lead incident and accident investigations (OSHIM – GPA).
- Lead by example, avoiding unsafe acts and conditions (cell phone use,



mobile equipment, etc.).
- Follow up on and participate in safety activities (talks, courses, standards).

Quality
- Ensure compliance with logistics delivery standards to customers.
- Create and maintain up-to-date work instructions for the different activities within the area.
- Ensure proper handling of materials in markets and buffers.
- Provide support in the analysis of rejections and customer complaints related to logistics issues.
- Apply segregation and reporting processes for nonconforming material received from suppliers.
- Report discrepancies in material receipt and communicate them to suppliers through the Penske team.
- Ensure the cleanliness of internal containers, preventing contaminated containers from reaching the point of use.
- Ensure compliance with applicable CT-PAT standards for the operation.
